Reflexology Lymph Drainage

I am fully trained in Reflexology Lymph Drainage which is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet.

The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay BSc(Hons), whilst working in Cancer Care. The results appear to support the theory of reflexology.

If you suffer with a chronic fatigue related illness, lymphoedema, lipoedema, auto-immune disorders, migraines, swelling, stiff joints then try a course of RLD. 4 weekly sessions lasting approximately 45 minutes costs just £150 (this price is effective from 1st April 2022).

Sally’s research is based on samples of patients suffering with secondary lymphoedema, where each participant lost fluid in the swollen arm after receiving the reflexology sequence weekly over the course of a month.

Manual Lymph Drainage is used to treat other conditions than lymphoedema, and RLD may be used similarly: arthritis, eczema, asthma, chronic fatigue, M.E., fibromyalgia sinus problems, migraines, headaches, muscular tension, premenstrual syndrome, aches and pains.

Please get in touch if you are interested in trying the sequence, or would like more information, or to discuss further. Tel: 07799144606.
