Jackie Marsden Reflexology and Acupuncture at Elder Cottage Clinic, Warton PR4.

Hi, I’m Jackie. I am committed to providing dedicated and individualised treatments over a mix of modalities, primarily reflexology and acupuncture.

My business is about helping you to improve your health and to feel good every day.

I believe that health-promotion and disease-prevention empower you to live your fullest life. I aspire to shift the paradigm from reactive care to one where prevention is at it’s heart, forging a future where preventative healthcare is not just a concept, but a way of life.

Stepping into the clinic, you’ll feel held in a space where you feel safe. This is where an open dialogue flourishes, fostering understanding, empathy, and growth. I embrace an holistic model of health that recognises the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

When you talk, I listen.

We’ll go on a journey together to discover excesses and deficiencies, areas of concern, things to delve into deeper, and come up with a treatment plan. I treat you as the person, not the symptom/disease.

My work creates an environment where individualised treatments, personalised care, and an holistic approach unite seamlessly to achieve the best possible outcomes.

My concern for your wellness doesn’t stop when you walk out of the clinic; you may be expected to fulfill particular tasks and make lifestyle changes to help with your individual situation.

I work in partnership with you.

I have a particular interest in helping couples trying to conceive and supporting them through the IVF process. This is an area of health in which I have invested heavily in training, studying and exploring.

Fertility is an area of health in which I wholeheartedly believe should be prepared for properly to guarantee the best outcomes.

To guarantee the best possible outcomes for fertility success, it is important to understand that it takes 100 days for an egg to be recruited, matured and ovulated. That is 3 months: 3 cycles. Therefore committing to a partnership with me over this time frame is crucial for the results you desire.

In clinic I use various modalities:

Reflexology

Clinical Acupuncture

Acupuncture for Fertility and IVF support

Reflexology Lymph Drainage

Scar Tissue Release

Organic Facial Massage
