How to book an appointment

I don’t have an online booking system so please contact me directly via phone/text or email to book. In general my appointment schedule is:

Monday – Friday 10:30am, 12 noon, 1:30pm

Please be aware that if you send me any sensitive medical/health information, I will only hold and use this if we proceed to treatment, at which time I will require explicit consent from you to hold this data. If we do not proceed to treatment I will erase this information.

If you have any concerns about how your personal data is handled, please contact: Jackie Marsden. We will acknowledge your compaint within 30 days and ain to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

  5. hi Jackie before i book a treatment i have insurance to claim back the cost so i just wanted to ask which professional body are you with FHT etc? this just needs to show on the receipt
