FAQ

How much does it cost?

Your first session is £75. This includes a full consultation and then your treatment. Thereafter, sessions are £60 or you can purchase a pack of 6 sessions with a 6 month expiry, at a 10% discount. More information on pricing can be found here.

No. You have one initial consultation and from there you can choose which therapy you receive on subsequent sessions.

How many sessions will I need?

If you have a health concern you would like to address then it is best to have 6 weekly sessions and then review your progress. Weekly sessions optimise the outcome you desire.

If you need to cancel or reschedule please let me know as soon as possible. The cancellation policy is set out to protect my income. 48 hours notice is needed to cancel or reschedule otherwise full payment will be due.

Do you have a toilet?

Yes I have a fully accessible toilet.

Do you have parking?

Yes I have 1 off-road parking space. Alternatively there is a small car park opposite near the shops.

Does acupuncture hurt?

Acupuncture shouldn’t hurt. You might feel slight sensation as the needle is inserted, or you might feel an energetic sensation from the needle once it is in place.

My feet are ticklish – would Reflexology be suitable for me?

Reflexology is a gentle yet firm pressure, and is deeply calming and relaxing. Most people who have worried about it being ticklish have commented on how surprised they were at the sensation and that they didn’t find it ticklish at all.

Can I claim back the cost of the session through my healthcare insurance?

Yes. I am a full member of both the Association of Reflexologists and the Acupuncture Association, which is part of the British Acupuncture Federation. Please double check with your provider. A written receipt will be provided to you with my membership numbers in the footer.
